COM40 is over 4000 qualified staff, 50,000 m2 of modern machine park area and a capacity of 1 million sofas a year. The objective of COM40 is to continuously develop our team in order to improve our results both in terms of capacity and the quality of products manufactured in the factory.

Kaizen Philosophy

Implementing the Kaizen philosophy at every stage of production is an important element of COM40’s development strategy. Moreover, the highest quality is ensured by the internal quality department and independent specialist laboratories which oversee the standard of materials and workmanship of furniture made in COM40.

EBI LCC

For 15 years, COM40 has been cooperating with numerous suppliers and customers from all over Europe. In 2009, the company expanded its business to the United States, where it established a factory for its subsidiary company - EBI LCC.

FSC Certificate

The factory also obtained the FSC® Certificate, which confirms that the furniture manufactured in the factory does not contribute to destruction of environment, violation of employee rights, illegal use of natural resources, or impoverishment of forest ecosystems.
The factory operates in compliance with the IWAY standard, which is required by one of the key clients, and specifies requirements relating to the environment, social conditions and work conditions.

Logistics

The company is located in Nowe Skalmierzyce, which ensures proximity of the most important communication junctions. Its location as well as the strong logistics department make COM40 a very efficient and timely provider.

Production mode

The COM40 factory operates in several modes in order to allow for the performance of both high series and low series orders as well as for one-off production focused on the Premium products.
